Paws Up Pet Rescue (PUPR) is a foster based animal rescue in Sheboygan County WI.  We will help dogs, cats and farm animals if we have an open foster home.  Applicants must fill out a non-binding application, complete a background check, vet check, reference check and home visit in order to be approved to adopt an animal.   We are a 501c3 non profit rescue EIN 47-1262125 and WI License # 489374
