Thelma (and Louise) can from a kill shelter in Tennessee. Its sad to believe that puppies would be killed, but that is the reality at this shelter. PUPR saw them, found some fosters and they were able to get out safely!
Thelma is as sweet as they come. She loves other dogs and take a minute to warm up but then she is your best friend! She is great with kids and cats too! She is ready for home!
