Rayne was a stray in Alabama. He is being cared for by our Partner Shelter manager and noticed some issues with the eyes. They were treated for infection, but they just weren't getting any better. The infection is gone, but Rayne's body is absorbing his eyes. The vet feels he never did see and either his eyes were under developed and he got an infection from lack of care or the infection caused the body to say - you dont need those eyes.
