Tito was a stray in Ohio and landed at the animal control. This is a kill shelter and dogs must have a rescue in order to leave. Tito’s days were numbered, and since we were able to help another dog, we couldn’t leave him behind.

We don’t know a lot about his past, but we believe he’s about 2 years old.

He’s neutered and is current on all vaccines.

He’s smart and responds very well to praise and treat rewards. 

He knows basic commands - sit, shake, down, watch me, leave it are just a few and is learning more at his foster home. 

Likes his house (aka crate) and is happy to be with you anywhere; on a walk, car ride, or snuggling on the sofa.  He does go to his crate voluntarily so we do recommend he has this safe space in the home.

He did very well on agility equipment at a one-day event at a training facility so he may have a future in agility competitions! 

Tito likes other dogs but prefers to be the only dog in the home.

Good with dogs, not tested with cats but has a high prey drive to rabbits so we do feel a feline free home is best, good with kids and adults, seldom vocal, loves to go for rides, a fenced yard would be nice but not required, leash trained, crate trained, enjoys bathing and the tub, likes to play with toys, likes to be on your lap, playful, affectionate, eager to please.
