Tootsie is a happy go lucky gal that loves playing with her siblings! She really likes Twix and they would be a great bonded pair.  She will nap in the windows and on the cat tree. SHe likes to watch the birds and squirrels.  She is very friendly with people and her friend Twix -   we do offer a special on a bonded pair!  She has not been around a dog.
