Cecil was dumped outside of a shelter in Alabama... a very rural shelter so he has very little chance of finding a forever home as they dont have many cat adoptions.  Lucky for him, PUPR saw him and said we could help!

He came to WI in March 2022 and is in search of a forever home!  He is a sweet boy that loves attention. He is great with other cats, both male and female cats and of all ages.  He isnt a fan of dogs.. their barking is too noisy for them!  He is good with respectful kids and like to be in your lap!
