Hi! My name is Sapphire (aka Saph, Sapphy, Sassy) and I was born on 10/23/21, making me just 3 months old. I am a Jack Russell mix that was rescued with my mom and siblings from Alabama and came to Wisconsin just a few short weeks ago. I have already adjusted to the cold and snow and love zipping around in the backyard through it with my doodle sister. My favorite toys are ones that crinkle/crunch and are fuzzy. I love kids and other dogs. I go for an occasional car ride and enjoy them as well. I am doing amazing with potty training and I'm almost completely accident free! I am highly motivated by treats and praise. I spend some nights sleeping in my kennel, and other nights my foster mom let's me sleep in bed with her. She says I am the best cuddle bug and sleep all through the night until she wakes me up in the morning! When she is gone to run errands and I can't go with, I also stay in my kennel because it is a safe place for me. We are working on the sit command now and I'm excited to go for walks once the weather is warmer. I can't wait to find my furever family and share all of my love, happiness, and puppy kisses with them! ❤
