Mr Higgins was roaming the countryside of Georgia when he was taken in by Animal Control. Unfortunately, the shelter he was taken to was a kill shelter and he was on his last day.... fortunately PUPR saw him and brought him into rescue! He is about 2 yrs young, good with other dogs as he was tested at the shelter.
He was moved to a new kennel so he can be vetted and ready for transport to WI.
