Meet Sammy!  He is a sweet boy that was found as a stray in GA.. and landed in a kill shelter. He was given 2 weeks to find rescue.. and luckily we saw him!  He is now a PUPR dog and will be vetted and able to travel to WI in Mid May. 

He is very playful! No grumpiness at all - acts puppyish and can be easily redirected. He isn't shy of new people, and wasn't upset at the vet - just silly! He's great with kids, but might accidentally knock down very small children with his wiggly ness! Lol! He does pull on the leash, but is not bothered by it. We tested him with a cat on the first day, he just froze and looked at it. He was interested, but no barking, lunging, or hackles up. (He may have chased if it ran, but our cats don't run! ) He seems like a very nice dog who is open minded to instruction and will make a nice companion.
