Meet Noelle! She was found in a ditch in AL with her mom and siblings - obviously dumped. When the rescuer arrived to help - they all scattered and Noelle is the only one that was caught. She was taken to a foster home and learned to trust humans. She loves other dogs as friends but prefers to be the only dog in her home! She is a bit to much for a cat, so a feline free home is best. She is good with humans - but just needs a little time to get used to them. She is in a foster home in WI and doing great! The best home for Noelle would be
1.  Someone who will keep her socialized and exposure her to new things 

2.  No other pets in the home --  she can have dog friends outside the home.

3. Someone who will take her to obedience classes to learn basic manners
4. Lots of love and kisses
