Meet Penelope! A sweet female that landed in a small rural shelter in Alabama... where they had 4 cat adoptions all of the last year! She needed a chance at life so she is coming to WI for a forever home!

She is approximately, 1 year, spayed, energetic, playful, very vocal, likes everyone she meets. Doesn't mind dogs. Very sweet.
