Hello! I am Mannie, a super sweet, easy going boy that just wants a place to call home.  I was found as a stray in KY and lived at the shelter for 11 months!!  I was finally able to go to college!  Yep, I was able to hang out with the Big Dawgs to help the veterinary college students learn all about me!  I can tell you, I am a very healthy boy!  I arrived very shy and timid and left as the Top Dawg!  Fortunately, Paws Up Pet Rescue said I could come to WI - because the shelter was full and I would have been euthanized.  It was a long ride to WI, but I was lucky to get a soft bed and lots of loving!  I am an easy going, relaxed by that loves everyone.  I am good with other dogs and kids.  I will chase cats.  I would like a home where I can be part of a family. Could that be with you?
