Meet Billy!  He was an owner surrender along with TJ and Gus.  The owner took very good care of these boys, but per a city ordinance he had to give them up.  Billy was able to go to a foster home in GA until he finds an adopter or travels to Wisconsin.  

Billy is doing great with his foster Dad - loves to go for car rides, listens well, loves his dog bed!  He has a new collar and toys too!  Billy has arrived in WI and is living with 3 small dogs and doing great. He could be an only dog as he LOVES ATTENTION or with a dog friend. He is ok with cats too!
